Our internal process for team of <5 employees has become a level too advanced for us to implement ourselves and maintain. We have started to code a small Apex class and a custom dashboard with Visualforce/Lightning because the list views cannot handle our needs: specifically more than 15 columns that need to be inline editable. While we were able to overcome this with custom code, requests to do more to advanced this and make it styled (CSS) have backed up and we need help to fulfill them!

Backlog so far with T-Shirt sizing:
.M to L - Custom Visualforce or Lightning page for viewing custom Deal object and all Child objects (Targets) with in-line editing capabilities across as many columns of fields as necessary (going beyond the 15-column limit of Salesfroce Views)
.S to M - Review and Update Security Rules for all Profiles/Groups
.S - Implement RingCentral softphone across all Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Deal, Target and Contact Role Objects
.S to M - Implement Dashboards for Sales, and Transaction Management team
.M to L - Review Flows for Standard Objects, and Custom Objects, for areas of improvement via automation, approvals, or otherwise
.S to M - Organize the Reports folder, mostly removing outdated Reports, and putting the rest in team folders
.S to M - Add Predefined Field Values to Custom Objects based UserID, related Object, and date/time, when entering Activities or Tasks, or creating Custom Objects off of related Standard Objects (Creating Targets from Accounts, or Contact Roles from Contacts)
.S - Remove all unnecessary Installed/Managed apps and their dependencies.
