In this role, you'll help craft products with a core focus on growing our user base and providing tools for our users to combat abuse and control their experience. Our massive network combined with an impressively low engineer-to-user ratio means you will have an unparalleled opportunity to impact the lives of millions.
What youll do:
Write, test, ship, and maintain iOS features fostering Tumblrs growth and safety.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers, to design and architect solutions across each of our supported platforms.
Share feedback and ideas with other iOS engineers across many domains.
Develop in an agile and iterative environment.
Who you are:
A history of delivering impactful iOS software.
Ability to write idiomatic Swift and Objective C code.
Deep understanding of Cocoa design patterns and API design.
An appreciation for pragmatism and simplicity in code.
Knowledge of iOS performance and security techniques.
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing of results.
A strong product and design sensibility.
A good sense of humor and a love of teamwork.

Objective C, Ruby, scripting languages.
JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive
OpenTSDB, Grafana, PagerDuty
