Role Description

Built strong relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experience through datadriven performance optimization, measurement strategy, and cross-functional partnerships across six verticals: eComm, Restaurants, Politics, Real Estate, Travel, and Insurance. Resolved client issues and implementation errors that arise from using self-serve products, including Direct Response Ad Solutions (Pixel, Dynamic Ads, Lead Ads, Mobile App Ads, Audiences). Proactively collaborated with Solutions Engineering/Product teams to drive product adoption & development that aligns with client's key business objectives. Worked with Engineering on internal tools UI improvement. Planned and executed conversion/brand Lift studies. Served as a product consultant educating clients/ agencies on product solutions/best practices. Volunteered as the Education Lead for Facebook Sales teams. Managed concurrent client-facing projects in multiple geographies and project phases. Clients included (but not limited to): Allstate, USAA; Realtor.com, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, RE/ MAX; Hotels.com, Travelocity; Fanatics; major QSR chains (Burger King, Chick-l-A, Red Lobster); political gures, non-prots, and unions; startups (Ring, Munchery, The Bouqs Company, LOLA).
