Since 2011, I was the IBM Global Technology Services Private Cloud Product Manager taking the Private Cloud offering to market and adding ensuing enhancements. As the IBM Private Cloud owner, this position included working cross-brand and supporting sales globally. My Private Cloud offering attained 185% of plan for 2011 and 229% of plan in 2012. A key component of the success was cultivating and collaborating with the channel/partners. Globally, I assisted C-level executives as a trusted advisor in planning and executing their cloud journey with a cloud solution while staying abreast of competitors’, such as VMware, Cisco, EMC and HP, offerings. I reported directly to VPs and developed relationships with Sales and Technical colleagues globally.

A professional hire to IBM in 2007, I started in Software Group Services as one of the original Executive Program Managers setting up the IBM Rational Program Management Office and was a Project Executive in Tivoli. This introduced the Project Management discipline to Rational Services and set up the PMO including role definition, process development, template artifact creation with implementation of regular tracking and management reporting utilizing scorecards and dashboards. It identified risks, root causes and developed action plans restoring health to troubled projects. I engaged customer sponsors to understand and set expectations in high risk scenarios as primary point of engagement accountability supporting multiple engagements simultaneously in a variety of roles. Some of my accomplishments include: ·

Led First of a Kind (FOAK) product development with $27M upside down benefit in savings for NYC
·
Reduced costs for Morgan Stanley by $3.6M with implementation of practices and tools
·
Cultivated 3 of Rational Services’ 10 targeted references for 2010

Prior to joining IBM, I was the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at SAP (Americas Managed Hosting division). This included compliance for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) SAS 70, Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
I was also the Service Delivery Manager for multiple large development projects. These projects received accolades from CIO magazine and a US State government.

Previously, I was the Director of Fujitsu Consulting’s largest account in the world, AT&T, with annual revenue of $48 million and a staff of 235 consultants. Fujitsu was AT&T's 3rd largest vendor at the time. My P&L responsibilities encompassed Service Delivery, Organization Management, and Business Development covering account strategy/planning, business results and client satisfaction. In addition to communications, my background includes government, health care, education, insurance and finance. I also led the Verizon Wireless billing project.

I am open to travel, both domestic and international.
