Profile : 
  • Almost 11 plus years of experience in SDLC as a PMO/ Project Lead/ Sr. Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering and quality assurance
  • Solid business, communications and presentation skills adept at creating, editing and coordinating interviews, written correspondence, reports, implementation requirements, project status reports, presentations, e-mails, etc. to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Solid business, communications and presentation skills adept at creating, editing and coordinating interviews, written correspondence, reports, implementation requirements, project status reports, presentations, e-mails, etc. to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for project management, software engineering and business processes, such as: Project Management Institute methodology (PMI's PMBOK) Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Agile/SCRUM.
  • Practical knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall and Joint Application Design (JAD), RAD (Rapid application Development), Agile, RUP, FDD (Feature Driven Development). ·
  • Knowledge of functional aspects of ERP applications like SAP and Oracle.
  • Hands on experience with Business Process Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process.
  • Experienced in gathering, detailing, documenting and managing requirements from project inception through release. 
  • Skilled in eliciting business user requirements and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience and ability to create the Requirements Traceability Matrix for managing changes in system requirements.
  • Proficient in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Use Case Specifications and Functional Specifications Document.
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Extensive experience in facilitating and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by working closely with Business, QA and development team to resolve issues.
  • Thorough knowledge and exposure to QA Methodology/ Process.
  • Motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management skills.
