Role Description

Owner of consulting company focused on design, development and delivery of complex enterprise class business service management and monitoring systems. Current experience and SME skills in IBM Tivoli ITNM: US Air Force US Space Command, US Air Force 624th AF, US Air Force Cyber Command. Tivoli TBSM v6: US Air Force 624th AF, MITRE Corporation C2SA US Air Force, JP Morgan Chase, eBay/Paypal.Lead technology architect for next generation monitoring for eBay/Paypal, including the design engineering, implementation, documentation and training for Omnibus 7.3.1, Impact 5.5, ITNM 3.9 and TBSM 6.1.1. Deployed Multi-tiered Netcool infrastructure across multiple datacenter environment, designed and successful in processing in excess of 15 Million events per day. Designed TBSM integration with sFlow datagrams, JSON and XML data extraction and data normalization for ESDA based service model autopopulation.Worked as lead technical subject matter expert for numerous USAF projects, requiring design, engineering, deployment and training on Tivoli product suites including Impact, TBSM, ITNM and Tivoli Netcool Core.
