I enjoy fixing front-end bugs - the bugs teams that are busy developing features don't have time to address. It makes me happy and excited, and I'm very, very good at it. Usually I jump into a codebase and start finding and fixing everything I see, prioritizing the bugs that your customers and clients notice the most to the top. I quickly wipe out the low-hanging fruit, then I move on to making things consistent and cleaning up inefficient code. Development teams love me because I stick to standards, clean up what they didn't have time for, and free them from pressure to fix obvious or egregious problems so they can work on business-critical features. I work in a branch of your codebase, commit directly to your product's repo, and follow your team's code review processes. Product teams love me because they very quickly see an extremely positive difference in the professionalism, visible quality and credibility of the application - and they know your clients see it too. I leave the product, the application, and the codebase clean and shiny, maintainable and gorgeous, efficient, well-commented, and easy for anyone else to pick up where I leave off. I wipe out existing tasks in Jira, Clubhouse, RedFin, Trello or whatever bug tracking program your company uses. Then I create all the bugs I find that no one had time to document, and wipe those out. I am extremely agile at picking up front-end frameworks. I have not yet met the framework I could not immediately begin fixing bugs in. Hire me and you'll be glad. So will your customers. And so will I!
