I am looking to start my career in the field of hardware design/ verification engineering. I have completed my masters from Stony Brook University majoring in VLSI. I have worked on hardware generation tools, ASIC designing and have developed a CELL SPU light for my masters coursework. I have also presented on nano transistors and completed a research level course on nano scale interconnect technology. I am immensely interested in working in the area of ASIC design and chip generation and I for that I have a strong Verilog, C, C++ background.

I have also worked on embedded systems by the means of robotics and have stood third in the zonal round of Prestigious IIT Bombay NEXUS which is a national level autonomous robotics competition. 

I am currently working as a software developer In Adtran Inc mainly working on the control plane between a wireless controller and an access point focusing on writing C, C++ code on the access point. and am familiar with Agile methodology. I have also worked a bit on google test framework. I have written considerable code in Ruby and Perl and do a job of sustaining the Dynamic RF code on the controller side. I have played a Key part in development of DFS feature from scratch which included writing the HLD and the functional specifications. I have developed majority of the code on the controller side and have been a key contributor on the design of the deamons on the access point side for this project.
