Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing projects related to electronic health record changes, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.I am an asset to this organization because I have both a Health Information Management background as well as Information Technology. This makes me an extremely fast learner. I have assisted in writing documentation and designed user training material in our EMR system. I also maintain our department collaboration portal that was developed in SharePoint.
