Lead case management system called as Service Request System (SRS) upgrade from 8.1.1.4 (High Interactivity – HI Client) to 8.1.1.10 (HI & Open UI Clients) to be compatible with worldwide desktop systems upgrade from Band XP with IE 7 to Band 7 with IE 9 deployment.• Coordinate L2, L3, & infrastructure teams to create initial upgrade plan for lower environments, to create I-plan documents to upgrade QA & Prod infrastructure to 8.1.1.10, to prep the Incremental Repository Merge (IRM), Dev2Prod, Seed Data Import, DDL Sync, Seed data import validation, and obtain the schema differences from DBA.
